Samantha, John and Stuart work closely with clients, considering the needs and resources of each client holistically when constructing wills, lifetime trusts and lasting powers of attorney. We also work with family offices and other advisers to devise tailored estate and succession planning solutions. The firm has a special focus on designing bespoke family governance arrangements especially where the family's interests include active operating businesses or are held in fiduciary structures such as trust and foundations. |
