Naomi is an associate at RMW Law, having joined the firm in 2024 from a leading national law firm. Prior to this, Naomi read History at Cambridge University before undertaking a conversion to Law.
Naomi’s private client practice is enhanced by her expertise in private family law, having amassed nearly a decade of experience working as part of a nationally renowned family law team. Naomi’s expertise in all areas of family law and wealth preservation means that she is sensitive to the complexities of multi-generational wealth structures, succession planning and family governance.
Naomi's expertise complements RMW’s specialist client service with her comprehensive knowledge and experience of marital and cohabitation agreements, financial remedy on divorce and international children matters.
Recognition and Leadership
Legal 500 named Naomi as a 'Rising Star' for three consecutive years, in recognition from her peers and clients in the family law sphere that she is ‘one to watch’. Naomi served as Chairperson of Norfolk Resolution from November 2019 to November 2021 and worked closely with the Family Court and Resolution’s National Committee during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Naomi has a natural aptitude for legal writing and critical thinking. Previously, Naomi held the position of ‘Family Property’ correspondent for the leading legal private client journal, Private Client Business, between 2016 and 2021. Naomi was also a regular contributor to Monthly Family Law Updates for Family Law Week (a leading resource for UK family law practitioners).
Naomi co-authored a chapter on "Fiscal Nomads: the Impact of Relocation on CRS and DAC6" and she more widely supports the other members of the firm in respect of their legal policy and academic publications.
