RMW Welcomes Isobel Morton as Senior Counsel

We are delighted to announce that Isobel Morton LLB (Hons) joined RMW Law as Senior Counsel on 15 September 2025.

Isobel brings over 15 years’ experience advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and trustees on complex tax, trust law, succession, and family governance matters. She was previously a partner at Macfarlanes LLP, where she built a leading international private client practice, with particular expertise in US/UK cross-border planning.

In addition to her legal expertise, Isobel was Macfarlanes’ first Head of ESG, shaping the firm’s sustainability strategy, and is a trustee of Founders Pledge, supporting high-impact philanthropy. She has been consistently recognised by Chambers & Partners, Legal 500, and the Private Client Global Elite, and was named in ePrivateClient’s 50 Most Influential in 2022.
