Stuart Skeffington joins the STEP Technical Committee

RMW Law is delighted to announce that Partner Stuart Skeffington has joined the STEP Technical Committee.

The committee contributes to STEP’s technical and policy work on matters affecting trusts, estates and private client practice. Its work includes responding to government consultations, identifying technical issues in proposed legislative changes and engaging with HMRC. It also contributes to guidance and briefing notes that help practitioners understand complex rules and their practical implications.

Stuart joins fellow RMW Partner Samantha Morgan, who is a long-standing member of the committee. His appointment strengthens the firm’s contribution to this work and reflects RMW Law’s commitment to sharing expertise and supporting the development of the wider private client profession.
